Matters needing attention in use:
1. Check the temperature control box settings (temperature setting,
time setting, automatic manual setting)
2. Check whether the power supply is normal (when the three-phase
phase is missing, the control box instrument does not reflect when
the automatic is activated)
3. Whether the rack is evenly filled, and the vulcanizer is
installed after the joints are closed. Pay attention to whether the
bolts of the rack are tightened and whether the torque is even.
(Observe whether the surface of the upper rack is flat, you can use
a ruler to lay it flat on several racks to see if there is a gap.)
4. Whether the pressure is normal and there is no pressure relief
phenomenon, if so, it needs to be supplemented until the
vulcanization ends and the temperature drops to the specified
temperature.
