Equipment use conditions and requirements:
1. The machine has the functions of automatic control of rising,
automatic constant temperature, automatic pressure holding,
vulcanization timing, time alarm, manual mold opening and lowering;
2. The equipment pipes are connected by seamless steel pipes, which
are pressure-resistant and oil-resistant, and do not produce noise
when working;
3. The entire hydraulic oil circuit system adopts advanced welding
technology and sealing measures, so there will be no oil leakage or
oil leakage, and no crawling or shaking during the pressurization
process;
4. The equipment has an automatic pressure compensation function
when the equipment is locked to ensure that the pressure drop does
not exceed 10% during the pressure holding process within one hour;
5. After the equipment clamping action is completed, high-pressure
mold clamping is performed immediately at an appropriate speed.
After clamping the mold, it can be vented at will. The number of
vents and the time of venting are realized manually. After the
deflation action is completed, immediately transfer to the state of
the pressure-holding vulcanizer.
6. The hydraulic control system of the machine is controlled by a
manual valve, and the template can stay at any position during the
mold clamping process.
7. The equipment has adjustable process parameters, such as: curing
time (99 minutes 59 seconds), curing temperature (0-200°C)
arbitrarily adjusted settings.
